Maple Cinnamon Pecan Butter

  • 2 cups Raw Pecans
  • 2 TBS Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond/Walnut Oil

Place all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth. It can be stored for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Protein Bites

  • 1 ½ cup of Quick Oats
  • 1 cup ground Flax seed
  • 1 cup Max Pro Vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Honey
  • ½ - 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand)

Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together, form into balls. Place on cookie sheet & refrigerate. ENJOY!!!
